My Allied Circle is an Australian patient-centric allied health coordination platform. You create a circle, invite the providers you see, and everyone can share notes and documents in one place. Here's what it does, grouped by what you're likely to use it for.
Your circle
- Invite your providers — enter their name, email address and profession, and add a personal message if you like. You can invite physiotherapists, psychologists, exercise physiologists, osteopaths, podiatrists, chiropractors, dietitians, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, pharmacists, social workers, GPs, Pilates instructors and other providers.
- Always free for your providers — there's no cost to providers, ever.
- Requests from providers — a provider can ask to join your circle. You choose whether to accept or decline.
- Track invitations — see which invitations are still pending and cancel any you no longer need.
Notes & documents
- Shared notes — you and your providers can add notes, such as treatment notes, assessments, exercise programs and progress updates. Everyone in your circle can read them.
- Documents — attach PDFs, Word documents and JPG or PNG images to a note.
- Key documents — star the documents that matter most so they're listed first for everyone in your circle.
- Easy to keep up — new notes are highlighted until you mark them as read, and you can filter notes by who wrote them or copy a note's text.
- Email alerts — when a provider adds a note, you get an email with its title (not its content). You can turn these emails off in your account settings.
Appointments
- Log your appointments — record the date and time of appointments with providers in your circle, with an optional note for your own records that isn't shared with the provider.
- See when a note is added — your appointments list shows whether the provider has added a note on or after the appointment date.
- Gentle reminders — after a logged appointment, the provider may receive up to two short email reminders over the following few days to add a note. No reminder is sent if they've already added one.
Support
- Help when you need it — send a request from our Support page. When you're signed in, you can see your requests and our replies in one place. You can also email [email protected] or call 1300 721 821.
- Sign in your way — use your email and password, or sign in with Google. Forgotten your password? Reset it by email.
- Works on your phone — My Allied Circle runs in the web browser on your phone, tablet or computer. There's nothing to install.
Privacy & control
- You choose who's in — only providers you invite, or whose request you accept, can see your notes and documents.
- Remove anyone at any time — when you remove a provider, their access to your notes and documents ends straight away.
- Delete your account — from your account settings you can permanently delete your account, notes, documents and provider connections.
- Stored in Australia — your data is stored on servers in Sydney, Australia (Amazon Web Services). Connections use HTTPS, uploaded documents are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
- Payments through Stripe — card details are handled by Stripe, so My Allied Circle never stores your card number.
Read our Privacy Policy for the full details.
Pricing
- 21-day free trial — full access, no credit card required.
- Then $12 AUD a year — billed yearly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page.
- If your trial ends — you can still sign in and read your notes. You'll need a subscription to add or edit notes or invite providers, and your notes and connections stay in place.
- Always free for providers — your care team never pays, ever.
