Our Mission

My Allied Circle exists to bridge the communication gap between allied health providers in Australia. Too often, patients see multiple providers who never coordinate care — leading to repeated assessments, conflicting advice, and fragmented treatment plans.

We believe every patient deserves a connected care team, and every provider deserves visibility into the bigger picture of their patient's health journey.

The Problem

In Australia, most allied health providers work independently. Your physio doesn't know what your psychologist recommended. Your exercise physiologist can't see what your dietitian planned. Your osteopath has no idea what exercises your EP prescribed.

Patients end up repeating their history at every appointment, acting as the go-between for providers who should be working together. Important context gets lost, and care suffers as a result.

My Allied Circle is a secure, simple platform where patients invite their providers into a shared care circle. Providers can share treatment notes, see each other's plans, and coordinate care — all with the patient in control of who sees what.

Who We Are

My Allied Circle is built by Melbourne Online (ABN 86 433 101 336), a Melbourne-based web services company. We understand Australian healthcare — Medicare, NDIS, DVA, WorkCover — and we built this platform specifically for the way allied health works in Australia.

Our Values

Joining My Allied Circle is completely free for providers. There is no software to install and no subscription fee.
